Special 'Floriade 2012' Hat Designed

The Dutch designer Jan Taminiau, who also Lady Gaga and Beyonce was dressed, the occasion of upcoming Budget for a unique hat-VVD Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen of Infrastructure and Environment developed.
