With a length of 1.1 km. and height of 30 meters over the Floriade Cableway a unique attraction in the Netherlands. The cable car can Floriade visitors during a record time of 5 minutes to the other side of the park. In preparation for the Floriade, the gondola is ideal for anyone interested in the operation and construction of the park: 42 cars float from late April to mid October 2011 on the site.
Floriade Preview Center
A flight in the cable car starts in the Floriade Preview Center. Using a photographic exhibition of the history we see the Floriade, starting in 1960 in Rotterdam - six editions later, ending in Venlo. Already in 2006 began work on the first Floriade 2012: we take you into the transformation of fields and woods to top of World Horticultural Expo. Online reservations required
It is mandatory for the cable car reservations, this is possible from March 26 next on this website. There will also start on March 26 the Floriade subscription sales. With a subscription you can April 5 through October 7, 2012 Floriade unrestricted visits, you can also subscribe to the use of attractive offers and promotions. The first 50 subscribers to-be partner - were invited to the private VIP opening of Floriade Cableway and Preview Center, on April 16 this year.

The cable car and visit the Preview Center at the end of April and have the following hours:
Thursday and Friday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. hours
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 18:00
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Closed
In October 2011, the funicular up to the opening of Floriade 2012 will be closed.
